Ships now show how many allied fleet slots they would use in the ship description.
Shards, and Shardlets are now immune to any source of speed debufs.
Shards, Shardlets, and Shard Cycsts are now immune to shield damage from storms.
Textures for planets and ships are no-longer preloaded on start, deferred texture loading implemented.
Temporary drones do not give experience, credits, or drop loot.
Temporary drones now are destroyed when the owner is destroyed.
Updated Shard ship sprites.
Updated tutorial window.
