Added investigation routine to NPCPilot, NPC's that explore should randomly investigate objects around them.
Added rogue drone reactors, installed onto most rogue drone NPC's with a small chance to drop them.
Added non-functional jump gates to anomalous ruins sector generation.
Added rare extractors that yield twice as much as normal, only found as rare drop.
Added Fermium asteroids, rare formations in planetary rings, and very rare in asteroid fields.
Added Venusalite and Celenospar asteroids, ore, and refinery products.
Added back in suns that spawn inside Nebula, also changes asteroid fields into orbital rings when sun is present.
Added swap button to allied fleet management window, allows player to swap places with an allied fleet ship.
Added drydock feature, ships stored in drydock keep their gear and cargo, drydock ships are stored in player save file.
Added drydock button to allied fleet management window, allows player to store a fully configured ship in a stations drydock.
Blackholes now slow down nearby ships.

Fixed Alien Nest Kit and Alien Hive Kit not dropping from high tier 5 and 6 loot crates.
Fixed Wormholes and Jump Gates with non-traversable flag allowing player to traverse them.
Fixed extraction item seed being the same for all planets in the system.
Fixed skill window now showing changes until window was clicked on.
Fixed skill reset not changing number of fleet slots.
Fixed dye not being removed from ship as item when switching ships.
Missiles now speed up over time, slight change to their exhaust tail and their movement behaviour.
Player can now gain automatic ownership of a system if they have a station in the system and a colony in or nearby the sector.
Player owned systems will prevent hostile entities from respawning in that sector, doesn't prevent enemy raids!
Minor UI changes to cargo list, station window, and utility window.
Reduced reactor count of all healing drones by 1, now will slowly drain energy when healing.
Reduced tier of drone dropped by NPC, tier 0's now don't use drones and tier 1 and above use tier n-1 drones.
Reduced chances of natural wormhole spawns slightly.
Resource scanners now display their results in movable windows to the right of the screen rather than in the chat window.
Reduced size of repair kits and energy cells.
