Added "Cull Offscreen Drawing" option to settings.ini file and is on by default.
Cull Offscreen Drawing has small increase in CPU average load but reduces significant GPU direct draw overhead, and some cases reduces CPU load.
Cull Offscreen Drawing also reduces texture cache loading time when exploring as only onscreen things will request textures from file.
Fixed bug where player allied ships would spawn drones from nothing when in combat.
Fixed gem drop probability set to 0 when no Mining Power skill.
Mining laser tier level now determines how effective it is on higher tier asteroids, damage scales to 0 when 2 tiers above.
Mining laser "Yield" attribute name changed to "Mining Power".
Asteroid "Hardness" attribute name changed to "Integrity".
Jump Gates now show their destination systems name rather than coordinates.
