Warning Overhaul of item id organization means this version is not compatible with older version as some items will be lost.
Warning changes to ship and sector code means older saves will crash in this version.
Added two new tech 0 drones.
Added new Ancient ships line.
Added comets to world generation code.
Added new Shard gear icons as well as more versions of Shard gear.
Added more versions of Alien gear and Organic gear.
Added more crafting recipes for the new gear, changes to existing recipes for balancing purposes.
Added moons to planets, currently just background objects not interactable.
Added debris particles to space that vary depending in the sector type.
Added environmental storm system to the game with three storm types.
Added four new sniper themed ships, added to spawn list.
Added two new sniper themed bosses and three new special weapons installed on them, also added to boss and random encounter spawn list.
Added crafting recipe's for new ships and their upgrades.
Added fleet follow button, allied ships will wait at last position or follow player.
Added Colonial Management skill, gives bonuses to colonial taxation credits and items per level and flat extraction bonus of 25%.
Added Damage Enhancement skill, gives bonuses to weapon damage and a flat critical hit damage bonus of 25%.
Added Hull Expander items to the Device category of items as alternative to Cloaks.
Added Drone Deployment Enhancer devices, gives bonus drone slots and drones deployed with partial or full shields, armor, and energy.
Added Auto-miner Controller devices, will automatically target asteroids, increases scoop range of ores, and provides other bonuses.
Added Shield Transmitter devices, transfers shields to friendly ships, drones, and stations.
Added Armor Remote Repair devices, transfers armor to friendly ships, drones, and stations.
Added Hull Remote Repair devices, transfers hull to friendly ships, drones, and stations.
Added Higgs Boson Displacer devices, increase base movement speed of ships after a period of time moving in a direction.
Added two new series of deployable drones: Interdiction Drones and Disruptor Drones.
Added new Pulse Drone and Pulse Drone X, added associated recipes for them also.
Added all new items to drop tables.
Added lightning bolt effect to nebula.
Added more music.
Attack button is now toggled on an off rather than held to attack target, will disengage when changing targets.
Allied ships now deploy with full hull integrity.
Allied ship slots ship tier level is now limited depending on the number of slots you have.
All local sector bosses are now randomly colored with a dye, makes them more obvious as a boss.
Crafting recipe list now displays present materials ratio and color codes which recipes have the required materials.
Crafting material costs and required amounts have been updated and balanced.
Cloaking system slots have been renamed to "Device", are now able to be used with a greater variety of gear.
Cloaking Detection skill now called Thermodynamic Mastery, gives bonus -25% device and module power consumption.
Cloaking Evasion skill now called Evasive Manoeuvring, gives bonus +15% energy recharge.
Changed galaxy generation, now sprinkles dungeons and anomalous regions over non-void sectors.
Changed recipe for Arc Drone and Arc Drone X.
Changed how visibility works in and outside nebula and in storms.
Changed nebula particle cloud textures.
Change Log.txt added to application folder. Previously was only on website.
Commerce skill now has a secondary flat bonus of 50% sell price difference.
Critical Analysis skill now gives a flat bonus of 25% weapon damage.
Device slots have been renamed to "Modular System".
Drone recovery now requires the scoop key to be pressed rather than the item scooping state being on.
Decreased size of protected space region slightly and they are placed randomly in the galaxy core.
Drones can now be deployed in any region of space, stations are still restricted from deployment in protected space.
Extraction skill now gives a flat bonus of 25% colonial taxation credits and items.
Experience gained is greatly increased for lower levels and decreases after level 30.
Ejecting an item now only disables scooping when its from the players inventory, previously disabled for any ejecting inventory.
Fixed Reactor Tuning skill not giving a % bonus to energy recharge.
Fixed energy generation and consumption of gear being 3.0 the amount per second, now properly is 1.0 per second.
Gear stat balancing applied to reactors, shields, and armor.
Items sold is now statically randomized in non-protected space, docking at later points in time wont change the item availability.
Increased chance of stations selling items in randomized markets from 50% to 75% chance.
Increased chance of stations in protected space of selling ships and gear from 50% to 100% chance.
Increased mining yield on some mining lasers.
Increased bonus stats on manufactured, alien, and boss drives.
Increased the number of possible secondary skills displayed in a station, now minimum is 6, max is 9.
Increased flat bonuses on Reactor Tuning, Shield Boosting, Armor Hardening, and Hull Reinforcement from 10% to 25%.
Increased scooping radius for drones.
Increased range, shield, armor, and energy bonuses on some modules.
Increased shields, armor, hull, energy, regen rates, and rate of fire on all NPC stations.
Mining Power skill now has a flat bonus of 50% chance for rare asteroid drops.
Minor bug fixes.
Map now has a exploration fog of war layer applied.
Negotiation skill now has an secondary flat bonus of 25% cargo space.
Ore Recovery skill now has a flat bonus of 25% refinery yield.
Ore Refining skill now has a flat bonus of 25% ore drop from asteroids.
Prospecting skill now has a flat bonus of 50% mining weapon damage against asteroids.
Some items have been renamed to reflect changes to device categories and make tiers easier to distinguish between.
Shields, Armor, and Hull regen is now slowed down when in combat rather than disabled, allows for regen meta builds.
Secondary Skill window pin functionality now works correctly.
Shards now spawn in protected space nebula, had previously been omitted but no reason for them not to.
Updated item icons for new devices, shields, gear, and ammo.
