    Added pixel particles to engines, nebula, and space.

    Added radar noise when in nebula.

    Added sound to shield, armor, and hull transfer beams.

    Added back missiles and rounds to neutral space military stations.

    Added back blueprints and some commodities to neutral space stations.

    Added new unique devices: offensive overclock and defensive overclock.

    Added new tier 5 shield, armor, and hull repair devices.

    Added new tier 5 drone enhancement and thrust booster devices.

    Added random guard drones to neutral space stations.

    Cargo window now highlights items that can be sold with green, and yellow if its sold at half price (recycling stations).

    Changed speed boosting bonus from class skills to stack rather than be overriden by booster items.

    Changed displayed stats on ship stats page, redundant information such as cargo space, hull, armor, shield bank.

    Changes to cloaking, percent changed to point system, better stacking behaviour and bigger detection radius effect at low levels.

    Fixed "game.shiputils.ControllerSpeedBoosting.owner.classSkill" is null error.

    Fixed cloak evasion not being calculated correctly.

    Fixed critical hit damage being improperly calculated.

    Fixed player ship being visible and controls not being disabled when respawn timer was active.

    Fixed some issues with the view controller, cleaned up code less overhead and less glitchy on sector change.

    Fixed gateways exits being generated on wrong side of sector, player now appears in correct location.

    Fixed planet shadows not updating immediately when changing sector.

    Fixed duplicate market items in some stations.

    Fixed predefined protected sectors skipping tier 1 markets.

    Increased size of expanded radar / map window.

    Implemented faster pixel particle system, about 70% less logic thread load, and 20% less render thread load.

    Updated cloak item icons.

    Nebula now slightly impede ship movement.

    Protected pre-fab star systems are now named.

    Reduced knock-back on weapons by half.

    Some spelling errors in skills and descriptions corrected.
